The CORE-10 is a shortened 10-item version of the CORE-OM; see http://www.coreims.co.uk/About_Measurement_CORE_Tools.html.

“New licensing arrangements from 1st January 2015: CST and CIMS are now agreed that the widespread usage of outcome measures has matured to the point where any organisation should be free to reproduce CORE instruments in software, as well as on paper, under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-ND 4.0) licence without payment of any licence fee (see http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/4.0/ for a human readable summary of this and http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/4.0/legalcode for the licence itself).
