Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, Expanded (BPRS-E)

History and guide
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Based on the :ref:`BPRS <bprs>` (q.v.), to which are added new items for
schizophrenia (bizarre behaviour, self-neglect, suicidality) and mania
(elevated mood, distractibility, motor hyperactivity).

The BPRS-E is a 24-item version of the BPRS.
